ADMISSION GUIDELINES

1. Filling out the application is the personal responsibility of the parents. Ensure that the details are error free and complete in all respects. And a recent photograph to be pasted while submitting the application form.
2. Selected students should take the admission on the particular date and time given in the school office.
3. Parents must be present with the student during the entire admission process.

LKG ADMISSION

1. As per the National Education Policy (NEP), the age criteria for LKG must be 4 years completed by 1st June 2025. It is mandatory for all students.
2. After the successful completion of submitting application through online, the parent will receive a call from the school office and schedule on interview for the child. It is expected that both parents should come along with the child for the interview
3. The selected students will be enrolled after the payment of the admission fee. The payment is only through SCHOOL APP. The fee once paid will not be refunded.
4. Admission letter cannot be considered as a guarantee for the admission. The admission is confirmed only after the payment of Admission Fee.
5. The following documents to be submitted at the time of admission
   • Printout of the completed application form
   • Copy of Birth Certificate
   • Copy of Aadhar Card (Student)
   • Recent passport size photo

UKG TO CLASS IX ADMISSION

1. The age criteria for Class I must be 6 years completed by 1st June 2025.
2. Parents should fill the application online, submit, print and pay the application fee online. Keep the application form signed and submit it in the office at the time of admission procedure.
3. After the successful completion of submitting application through online, the parent will receive a call from the school office and schedule an Admission Eligibility test for the child.
4. Admission Eligibility Test will be based on English, Maths and Science of the present class in which the student is studying. Result will be published within one week after the Test.
5. After the scrutiny of documents and the result of the admission test, the parent will be informed about the status of child’s admission through a call.
6. The selected students will be enrolled after the payment of the Admission fee. The payment is only through SCHOOL APP. The fee once paid will not be refunded.
7. Admission letter cannot be considered as a guarantee for the admission. The admission is confirmed only after the payment of Admission Fee.
8. The following documents to be submitted at the time of admission
   • Printout of the completed application form.
   • Transfer Certificate from the school last attended (for admission to Class II to IX)
   • Previous Marks Cards (for admission Class II to IX)
   • Copy of Birth Certificate
   • Copy of Aadhar Card (Student)
   • Recent passport size photo
   • PEN number from the previous school (for admission to Class II to IX)
9. If the application form is incomplete or incorrect, the school management has the right to reject it.

PLUS ONE ADMISSION

The admission for class XI and the choice of subjects/stream will be considered purely on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the class X Board Examination, Admission Test and Interview of the candidate before the Principal together with the parents.

The Admission Test for class XI will be based on the candidate’s opted stream. Registration can be done only through the ONLINE.

• Conduct Certificate of the student from the school last attended.
• A copy of Mark Statement issued by the CBSE/STATE/ICSE.
• A copy of Migration Certificate (if any).
• A copy of the candidate’s Birth Certificate & Aadhar Card.
• Passport size photograph.
• PEN number from the previous school.
